A new ‘Daredevil’ series is in the works at Disney+, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio is set to reprise their roles as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. Kingpin. According to Variety, Corman and Chris Ord will write the script and serve as executive producers.
Marvel has not yet announced anything regarding the show formally and the project was especially considering that two of the stars of the Netflix ‘Daredevil‘ series Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, both appeared in recent MCU films. Charlie Cox in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home‘ and Charlie Cox in Disney+ ‘Hawkeye‘ Series.

Corman and Ord is best known for their co-created work in the USA Network series “Covert Affairs” starring Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham. The TV show run between 2010 and 2014, with 5 seasons. They most recently worked as executive producers and co-showrunners on the NBC drama shows “The Enemy Within” and “The Brave” as well as The CW series “Containment.”
Netflix Daredevil plot follows, Matthew Murdock, blinded by chemicals, is an attorney at day and a vigilante by night. He is trained in the martial arts and feuds with criminals in Hell’s Kitchen. As he fights convicts throughout the city, he meets new allies as well as old friends and becomes Daredevil, a symbol of justice for a corrupted city.
‘Daredevil’ production will start this fall.
