Aubrey Plaza was spotted for the Los Angeles Times. She was photographed by Maiwenn Raoult. Plaza is currently starring in HBO’s The White Lotus season 2, She plays the role of Harper Spiller, a straight-laced lawyer, and Ethan’s wife. Season 2 is now streaming on HBO Max. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, she was asked, “How did “White Lotus” find its way to you?” Plaza replied, “My entryway, I think, was very different than some other people’s because Mike and I had a relationship before. We’ve been friends for a long time.” She added, “We were going to do a movie together — something that we had been developing together for a couple years — and we were supposed to shoot it right when the pandemic hit. And then the movie fell apart because of the pandemic, and he kind of switched gears to The White Lotus. So, when Season 2 came around, he called me very, very early on and just said, Don’t take a job in the winter because I’m going to write you in the show.”

The White Lotus follows the guests and employees of the fictional White Lotus resort chain, whose stay becomes affected by their various dysfunctions. The show was created by Mike White for HBO.
The White Lotus is now available on HBO Max.
