Benedict Cumberbatch shared some of his exciting and favorite aspects of the Doctor Strange character. Cumberbatch told about Doctor Strange that “He’s bright, he’s damaged, he’s flawed, he’s heroic, selfless, & then utterly self-absorbed. He’s very vain, and at the same time, couldn’t give a damn about his own well-being.” Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will arrive on May 6, 2022.
The Multiverse of Madness will have vast horror elements, the film is apparently shot in Raimi’s Evil Dead format. Every screen presence of Elizabeth Olsen‘s Scarlet Witch will contain horrifying elements. Cumberbatch talks about horror elements “I think almost definitely it is the most frightening Marvel film of all time… there are jump scares, there’s a lot of shock horror, as this is a Sam Raimi film…”

“The entertainment landscape has definitely changed quite a bit over the past few years but the one thing that hasn’t changed and never will is the power of the movies. Nothing can beat the combined power of Disney, which spans every single genre.”
To restore a world where everything is changing, Strange seeks help from his ally Wong, the Sorcerer Supreme, and the Avengers’ most powerful Scarlet Witch, Wanda. But a terrible threat looms over humanity and the entire universe that no longer can be done by their power alone. Even more surprising, the greatest threat in the universe looks exactly like Doctor Strange.
The film is directed by Sam Raimi and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Karl Mordo, Benedict Wong as Wong, Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez, with Michael Stuhlbarg as Nicodemus West, and Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer.
