Dwayne Johnson announced that the Reshoots for upcoming DC’s Black Adam has been wrapped. The first trailer is to drop on 8 June (Monday). Johnson shared a new parting message on his Twitter account, stating that the production has wrapped. “A parting message from The Man In Black himself, #BlackAdam⚡️ The finishing touches are complete. Black Adam is based on the DC Comics anti-hero of the same name. the film will serve as a spin-off to Shazam! and will be the eleventh installment in the DC Extended Universe. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a screenplay by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani, the film will star Dwayne Johnson as Teth Adam / Black Adam alongside Noah Centineo as Albert Rothstein / Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Khufu / Carter Hall / Hawkman, Quintessa Swindell as Maxine Hunkel / Cyclone, Pierce Brosnan as Kent Nelson / Doctor Fate, Sarah Shahi as Professor Adrianna Tomaz, and Djimon Hounsou as Shazam. Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer, Bodhi Sabongui, Mo Amer, and Uli Latukefu.
