‘Bullet Train’ starring Brad Pitt has grossed $100M at the domestic box office in North America. According to Variety, ‘Bullet Train’ has reached $101 million in domestic ticket sales and $130 million at the international box office till now. it grossed $231.4 million worldwide. Sony Pictures distributed the film.
‘Bullet Train’ is directed by David Leitch from a screenplay penned by Zak Olkewicz. The film stars Brad Pitt as a begrudging assassin, and the ensemble cast includes Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada, Michael Shannon, Bad Bunny, and Sandra Bullock.
The film’s official plot follows, “Ladybug (Brad Pitt) is an unlucky assassin who’s determined to do his job peacefully after one too many gigs has gone off the rails. Fate, however, may have other plans as his latest mission puts him on a collision course with lethal adversaries from around the globe — all with connected yet conflicting objectives — on the world’s fastest train.”
The film is R-rated for intense violence. With mixed reviews, the film ranked in the 5th position on box office charts for seven weeks, benefiting from a month without too many high-profile new releases.
