Chris Evans will star opposite Emily Blunt in Netflix’s Pain Hustlers. The follows a woman dreaming of a better life for herself and her young daughter, who lands a job with a failing pharmaceutical start-up where she soon finds herself at the center of a criminal conspiracy.

According to Deadline, Chris Evans finalized to join Netflix’s Pain Hustlers. The film is directed by David Yates from a script written by Wells Tower. The plot details are kept secret and the production is expected to begin in late August.

Netflix has acquired film rights for $50 million. The film is produced by Lawrence Grey under his Grey Matter Productions banner alongside Yates and Yvonne Walcott Yates’ Wychwood Pictures. Lewis Taylor and Ben Everard are EPs, with Cyrus Mojibi, Patrick Wade, Lawrence Kao, and Lloyd Everard serving as co-producers.

Chris Evans’ upcoming Netflix action thriller The Gray Man is set to premiere on July 15, 2022. and he will also star in Ghosted, by director Dexter Fletcher.
