The premiere of the first episode of HBO Max’s new season of Clone High is being unveiled at the table read. On Twitter, Christopher Miller, who co-created Clone High with Phil Lord and Bill Lawrence, revealed the title of the script: “Let’s Try This Again.”

Erica Rivinoja, a writer from the first Clone High who has been elevated to showrunner for the current season, collaborated with Lord and Miller on the episode. Rivinoja was nominated for an Academy Award this year as one of the nine writers of Borat: The Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to the American Regime for the Benefit of Kazakhstan’s Once Glorious Nation.

Clone High, a comedy about clones of great historical personalities attending high school together, aired on Teletoon and MTV for one season from 2002 to 2003 before being discontinued owing to Indian objections about its portrayal of clone-Gandhi. HBO Max has commissioned two more seasons of the show.
