Conor McGregor bids his wife and children farewell ahead of UFC 264

Conor McGregor said goodbye to his wife and children ahead of UFC 264, telling them that he is “just going to bust a man up.”McGregor returns to the Octagon on July 10 in a trilogy match against rival Dustin Poirier. It will be the first time we see both men compete inside the Octagon since their fight earlier this year at UFC 257 in January, in which McGregor lost by second-round knockout. After defeating Poirier in the first round by knockout in 2014, the Irishman is now looking to complete the trilogy against him.

This is a huge fight for McGregor and Poirier, without a doubt. Not only are both men likely to make a lot of money from this fight, but the winner also stands to earn the next title shot against new UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira, so both men must perform spectacularly in the Octagon. Of course, only one man can win, so it will be very interesting to see how this third fight between the rivals unfolds.
