Guillermo del Toro’s dark thriller “Nightmare Alley,” which was supposed to have a limited release on December 3 but will now have a wide release on December 17 – pitting it against Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios’ co-production “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” The feature film based on the successful animated Fox TV series, ‘Bob’s Burgers,’ has been set for release on May 27, 2022.
The untitled film by director David O Russell will be released on November 4, 2022, in what appears to be a prime awards season window. Three more Searchlight films have been assigned to the year 2022, but their titles have not yet been disclosed. Disney has also set four mystery Marvel films for 2024, with release dates of February 16, May 3, July 26, and November 8.
