The Bear star Ebon Moss-Bachrach will be joining alongside Jennifer Lawrence in R-rated comedy ‘No Hard Feelings’ for Sony Pictures. The film follows ne-er-do-well (Lawrence) who is hired by a rich couple to befriend their socially awkward kid. Disney+/Broadway star Andrew Barth Feldman plays the kid; his parents are played by Matthew Broderick and Laura Benanti.
The film is directed by Gene Stupnitsky from a script he co-wrote with John Phillips. Produced by Alex Saks, Marc Provissiero, Naomi Odenkirk, Lawrence, and Justine Ciarrocchi. John Phillips will also executive produce.
Ebon Moss-Bachrach is known for his role as David Lieberman in The Punisher and Desi Harperin in Girls. Moss-Bachrach has played Richard “Richie” Jerimovich in the drama series The Bear. He’s also starring in Disney+/Lucasfilm’s Tony Gilroy Star Wars series Andor. Moss-Bachrach recently joined Sarah Paulson in the cast of Searchlight’s upcoming feature Dust.
‘No Hard Feelings’ will hit theaters on June 16, 2023, by Sony Pictures.
