First Trailer For Orphan Prequel Orphan: First Kill Starring Isabelle Fuhrman Revealed

Paramount released the first trailer for Orphan Prequel Orphan: First Kill. The film is a prequel to the 2009 film Orphan. William Brent Bell will be directing the pic with a screenplay by David Coggeshall, and a story by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Alex Mace. watch the trailer below.

According to Paramount Pictures’ official plot synopsis, “Leena Klammer is a woman suffering from hypopituitarism, after impersonating “Esther”, the missing daughter of Katie Mauerova and Richard Mauerova. Katie becomes convinced that it isn’t her daughter, while Richard disagrees, believing that his wife is suffering from paranoia and hallucinating. Leena tries to separate them, causing some major problems for the family. But the couple was quick to discover Leena’s dark past and murderous history, threatening her, Leena becomes outrageous, committing her “First Kill”.”

The film stars Julia Stiles as Katie Mauerova, Isabelle Fuhrman as Leena Klammer / Esther, Kennedy Irwin as Young Esther (Irwin also serves as a body double for Fuhrman), Rossif Sutherland as Richard Mauerova, Matthew Finlan as Gunnar Mauerova, Morgan Giraudet as James Klammer, Hiro Kanagawa as Donnan, Jade Michael as Madison, and Samantha Walkes as Dr. Sager.
