Venom: Let There Be Carnage, directed by Andy Serkis, stars Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady/Carnage, as well as Naomie Harris as Spider-Man nemesis Shriek. Michelle Williams, Reid Scott, and Stephen Graham round out the cast. Following his brief cameo in the previous film’s post-credit scene, Harrelson will be transformed into the main threat to Venom in Venom: Let There Be Carnage, as seen in the first teaser.

Kelly Marcel gave an insight into the pair’s writing process, saying that while Tom didn’t pick up a pen “and write” as one might think, he did spend a lot of time via video chats creating his character’s storey.
