This summer’s Reminiscence promises to be a breath of new air in an era dominated by familiar IP. Alternatively, based on the suspenseful first trailer, a hyperventilating gasp. Reminiscence stars Hugh Jackman as private detective Nick Bannister, who solves his customers’ secrets by clearing their brain fog. It marks the directorial debut of Westworld creator Lisa Joy.
