Laura Harrier has joined Trevante Rhodes in ‘Iron Mike‘ – Hulu’s limited series about Mike Tyson.
The other cast includes Harvey Keitel, Grace Zabriskie, Olunike Adeliyi, and TJ Atoms. Iron Mike is a documentary that will follow the life of renowned boxer Mike Tyson, who has become one of the most divisive figures in sports history. Tyson, a heavyweight boxing legend, has been a divisive figure throughout his career and personal life.
Tyson was found guilty of rape in 1992 and sentenced to three years in jail. Tyson sought but failed, to reclaim his boxing glory after his release. He is notable for biting Evander Holyfield’s ear during a boxing match and being disqualified. Tyson retired in 2006 after a string of losses that tarnished his reputation. He just returned for an exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr. and has substantially improved his image over the last decade and a half, having acted in The Hangover and hosting a successful podcast, among other things.
