Dakota Johnson Spotted in the Set of Madame Web

Sony’s ‘Madame Web’ starring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Emma Roberts, Tahar Rahim, and Adam Scott has been delayed from October 6, 2023, to February 16, 2024. The character is based on Marvel’s Spider-Man comics. The reason for the delay was due to get time for post-production works and avoid conflict release.

Kraven the Hunter starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson also delayed from October 6, 2023, to January 13, 2023. along with them, an untitled Sony/ Marvel Universe film is also delayed to July 12, 2024.

Madame Web is directed by S. J. Clarkson from a script penned by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama. The film is adapted from a comic issue Madame Web, by Denny O’Neil. The film also stars Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Emma Roberts, Mike Epps, Adam Scott, and Zosia Mamet.

Madame Web, who was known as Cassandra Webb first appeared in the comic issue The Amazing Spider-Man #210, Created by writer Dennis O’Neil and artist John Romita Jr., Cassandra Webb a paralyzed, blind, telepathic, clairvoyant, and precognitive mutant, allowing her to work as a professional medium. She was originally stricken with myasthenia gravis and was connected to a life support system designed by her husband Jonathan Webb, which included a series of tubes shaped like a spider-web.
