According to reports, Babylon is a box office failure with a total of $14.1 million against a budget of over $78 million. It also earned five nominations at the 80th Golden Globe Awards, including Best Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy, for which Justin Hurwitz won Best Original Score, and nine nominations at the 28th Critics’ Choice Awards, including Best Picture.
