Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, and Tobey Maguire were sighted on the set of Damien Chazelle’s upcoming film “Babylon” in Los Angeles on Monday.
Brad Pitt came on set wearing an all-white suit with a bucket hat and a couple of gold chain necklaces.
Tobey Maguire, 46, was also seen on set, beaming with a buddy and making sure to keep his mask — and his phone — close at hand as the COVID-19 Delta variant’s hold over the United States became tighter. Maguire’s first onscreen involvement in a major film since 2014 will be in “Babylon,” aside from giving a voice for “The Boss Baby.”
Margot Robbie, Pitt’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” co-star, completed the A-list trio on set that night. She stepped out of her car in a pair of strappy high heels, carrying an iced coffee, looking camera-ready.
Olivia Wilde, Spike Jonze, Jeff Garlin, and “Saturday Night Live” breakthrough Chloe Fineman are rumoured to be among the cast and crew for the film, which is set in 1920s Hollywood as the industry transitions from silent to “talkies.” Chazelle wrote and directed the Paramount feature, which is set to be released in 2022.
