Marvel’s Loki First Clip Introducing Agent Mobius Owen Wilson

Marvel Studios has released a new Loki TV Spot Clip for Tom Hiddleston’s upcoming Disney+ series Loki. In Avengers: Infinity War, the fan-favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe villain was supposed to be dead for good, but Avengers: Endgame unintentionally opened up a path for the god of mischief’s narrative to continue. Soon later, Marvel Studios announced plans for a Loki Disney+ series, which will follow the trickster from an alternate reality in which he manipulated the Tesseract to elude the Avengers in 2012.

Loki is caught by the Time Variance Authority not long after this scene, which serves as the show’s plot’s spark. Loki will thereafter be charged with putting an end to the branching timelines that he started when he left 2012. Now the god of mischief is in a big trap. He’ll collaborate with Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) and may run into other versions of himself, such as Lady Loki. Loki’s previous trailers have portrayed him traveling to several times and universes as part of these six-episode assignments.

The newest peek of Loki continues Marvel Studios’ attempt to rely largely on Hiddleston and Wilson’s on-screen banter. This looks to be one of Loki’s initial interactions with Mobius M. Mobius. Some of the footage has previously been featured in promos, but fans can now view the entire Loki sequence ahead of the first episode’s release on Disney+. The series appears to have a significantly different tone than previous glimpses at the series, but Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has defined Loki as a criminal thriller, so that fits.

Loki Series Will Release On Disney+ From June 9. It will be Loki Wednesday
