Midnight in the Switchgrass, a Florida serial killer thriller directed by renowned producer Randall Emmett, has received an official trailer from Lionsgate. An FBI agent and a Florida State Trooper join forces to investigate a series of unsolved murders. Watch the trailer below
Megan Fox plays FBI agent Rebecca Lombardi, and Bruce Willis plays FBI agent Karl Helter. They join forces with a cop for an undercover sting, but things go tragically wrong, endangering Lombardo and pitting Crawford against a serial murderer in a vicious game of cat and mouse. Lukas Haas, Machine Gun Kelly (aka Colson Baker), Caitlin Carmichael, and Sistine Stallone also star in the film. With that chat screen and everything about the premise, it appears like it’s straight out of the 1990s, another “must catch that serial killer” thriller. I’m not crazy about it. Now it’s your turn.
In this gritty and dramatic crime thriller, Bruce Willis and Megan Fox lead a formidable group that includes Emile Hirsch, Lukas Haas, and Colson Baker. While working on another case in Florida, FBI agents Helter (Willis) and Lombardo (Fox) meet state police Crawford (Hirsch), who is investigating a series of female deaths that appear to be connected. In a vicious game of cat and mouse, Lombardo and Crawford link up for an undercover operation, but it goes tragically wrong, putting Lombardo in grave danger and pitting Crawford against a serial killer.
Midnight in the Switchgrass is directed by American producer Randall Emmett, who has previously produced a number of films, including The Irishman, Hard Kill, and, most recently, Boss Level.
