Rihanna has received a Golden Globe nomination for “Lift Me Up” from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.’ On the film’s official Twitter page, it was announced, “Congratulations to Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Göransson for their Golden Globe Nomination for Best Original Song!” Check out the post below.

“Lift Me Up” by Rihanna has topped the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 2. “Lift Me Up” was written and produced by Ludwig Göransson, with additional writing from Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Nigerian singer Tems.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is directed by Ryan Coogler, who co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Robert Cole. The film stars Letitia Wright as Shuri / Black Panther, alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Martin Freeman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Angela Bassett.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has grossed $767 million worldwide and still playing in theaters.
