Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has been started streaming on Disney+. Director Sam Raimi has revealed that Kevin Feige cast John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic in Multiverse of Madness “because the fans had a dream of who the perfect Reed Richards would be” he said “Because this is an alternate universe, Kevin said, ‘Let’s make that dream come true’”
Raimi told how Feige cast John Krasinski, “It’s so funny that Kevin [Feige] cast John [Krasinski] because the fans had a dream of who the perfect Reed Richards would be. And because this is an alternate universe, I think Kevin said, ‘Let’s make that dream come true.’ I’ve always really enjoyed all of his performances.’”
Krasinski’s Reed Richards Is Connected to Doctor Doom
John Krasinski’s Reed Richards, a member of the Fantastic Four is a part of The Illuminati of Earth-838. Wanda kills all of the Illuminati including Krasinski’s Reed Richards. Doctor Doom is also connected to Krasinski’s Reed Richards.
Michael Waldron, the writer of Doctor Strange 2 previously told that Reed Richards is his favorite Marvel Comics character, “Reed Richards is my favorite Marvel Comics character, so it was a real honor to get to write his first entry in the MCU. John’s such an amazing performer and such a great partner in bringing this role to life for the first time.”
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, alongside Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. The film grossed over $945 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film of 2022.
