Henry Golding‘s silent warrior was first seen without his mask in advertising material, but he’s now wearing his trademark helmet. It’s been somewhat redesigned, but it’s still recognizably the character’s stunning initial appearance.
Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins stars Henry Golding as Snake Eyes, a tough loner who is welcomed into the Arashikage, an ancient Japanese clan, after saving their heir apparent’s life. The Arashikage educates Snake Eyes on the ways of the ninja fighter upon his arrival in Japan, as well as giving him something he’s been longed for: a home. Snake Eyes’ loyalty and allegiance will be put to the test as secrets from his past are revealed, even if it means losing the confidence of those closest to him. Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins also stars Andrew Koji as Storm Shadow, rsula Corberó as Baroness, and Samara Weaving as Scarlett, and is based on the legendary G.I. Joe persona.
Snake Eyes, will hit the screens on July 23, 2021.
