The long-awaited third standalone movie for Tom Holland’s Peter Parker takes up where Spider-Man: Far From Home ended up, with a tragic finale. Spidey’s identity has been exposed to the public for the first time in his epic life.
Peter, unable to separate his everyday life from his role as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, seeks Doctor Strange’s help to undo his identity. He has no idea that this will just make the situation much more perilous.
It’s possible that the marketing team for No Way Home will officially reveal Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s roles in the picture, and they want to do it in front of an exclusive audience of die-hard fans. On the other side, there’s a chance that the entire villain cast may be revealed, possibly confirming Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin and Rhys Ifans’ Lizard.
It’s unclear if smartphones will be permitted at the event, but they’re likely to be barred, especially since the first trailer was leaked on social media. In any case, this special trailer screening appears to be tipped to disclose something significant, and it’ll be fascinating to see which story elements or characters are highlighted after everything is said and done.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit the theaters on December 17.
