The Terminal List: Jai Courtney

The Terminal List, a conspiracy-themed thriller based on Jack Carr’s novel series, is Chris Pratt’s next Amazon series. Jai Courtney (Suicide Squad) will play a “major recurring role” with Pratt on the series, according to reports.

Courtney will star Steven Horne, a billionaire with “equally frightening arrogance and influence,” who will be “squarely in the crosshairs” of Pratt’s character, former Navy SEAL James Reece.

The Terminal List is directed by Antoine Fuqua, who helmed the Academy Award-winning Denzel Washington film Training Day. David DiGilio (Eight Below, Traveler) wrote it, and it’s based on Carr’s novel series. The series also stars Taylor Kitsch (John Carter, True Detective).

Carr’s previous works, including The Terminal List, are based in part on his actual experiences as a Navy SEAL. He served in the US military for 20 years, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as a trained sniper.

Military veterans and their families will be consulted on the project, including the script, by the production staff for The Terminal List TV series. Half of the contributors are veterans or have a family member who is a veteran.
