‘Thor: Love and Thunder,’ according to Taika Waititi, is “the craziest film I’ve ever done.”

In an exclusive interview with Empire, the New Zealand director revealed that Thor: Love and Thunder, his second Thor film and the fourth overall in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is so insane that it “shouldn’t be done.”Waititi recently concluded shooting on the superhero film, which stars Chris Hemsworth as the God of Thunder and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, who previously appeared as Jane Foster in 2013’s Thor: The Dark World and will now play Mighty Thor in Love and Thunder.

Love and Thunder will be “quite different” from Ragnarok, according to Waititi. “It’s getting crazier. What’s different, I’ll tell you. This film will be a lot more emotional. And there’ll be a lot more love. And there’ll be a lot more thunder. If you’ve seen the photographs, there’s a lot more Thor,” he added.“Just between (you and) me and the readers, I’ve done some insane stuff in my life. I’ve lived a total of ten lives. But it’s the most bizarre film I’ve ever made. It shouldn’t make sense if you typed out all of the parts of this film. It’s almost as if it shouldn’t have been made. If you walked into a room and said, “I want this, this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and What’s in it, and who’s in it? These are the people. What are your plans for the name? Thunder And Love You’d never work again, right? “Perhaps I won’t after this.”
