Tyron Woodley finished his UFC contract at UFC 260, where he was submitted in the first round by Vicente Luque. After a TKO loss to Colby Covington and the decision to defeat Gilbert Burns and Kamaru Usman, he lost his title for the fourth time in a row. After his loss to Luque, UFC president Dana White said that Woodley’s career in the promotion was definitely over.Tyron Woodley had a fantastic career in the UFC, even though this is the end of it. Four times, the former welterweight champion successfully defended or retained his title. Stephen Thompson, Darren Till, Demian Maia, Robbie Lawler, and Carlos Condit are among his notable victories. Woodley went 9-6-1 in the UFC and is considered one of the greatest welterweights in the organization’s history.
