The VOD release date for Smile 2 has been confirmed. The film will be available for purchase or rental on digital HD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV starting November 19, 2024.
Smile 2 has received a 7.2/10 rating on IMDb, an 84% score on Rotten Tomatoes, and a 65% on Metacritic.
Parker Finn wrote and directed the film, which is a sequel to Smile (2022), and the third installment overall and second feature film in the franchise of the same name. The film stars Naomi Scott as Skye Riley, a famous pop music recording artist; Kyle Gallner as Joel, a police officer cursed by the Smile Entity; Rosemarie DeWitt; Lukas Gage; Miles Gutierrez-Riley; Peter Jacobson; Raúl Castillo; Dylan Gelula; and Ray Nicholson.
