Here’s the official synopsis for Spider-Noir:
The Spider-Verse spin-off show follows the story of Ben Reilly (Cage)—a private investigator—as he stumbles down a rabbit hole of corruption in 1933 New York City, while also uncovering his past as a superhero. Reilly investigates the death of Edward Addison, leading him to discover that the Mayor is involved in a nefarious plot with crime boss Silvermane and femme fatale Yuri Watanabe.
Oren Uziel (22 Jump Street) and Steve Lightfoot (The Punisher) lead Spider-Noir as co-showrunners and executive producers, collaborating with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse creators Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal, who also join as executive producers. Harry Bradbeer will direct the first two episodes and serve as an executive producer, with Pascal producing through Pascal Pictures.
The series also stars Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Abraham Popoola, Li Jun Li, Whitney Rice, Karen Rodriguez, Jack Huston, Amanda Schull, Lukas Haas, Cameron Britton, Scoot MacArthur, Michael Kostroff, Joe Massingill, and Cary Christopher.
Produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, with Lord and Miller currently under an overall deal at Sony.
