DC Studios has confirmed the release date for the first trailer of James Gunn‘s Superman.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, in a new Patreon post, the first official Superman trailer will reportedly be released on Thursday, December 19, 2024.
The trailer will debut to press and crew—at a premiere on December 17—with a public release following shortly after on December 19. This news comes from Los Angeles—where a theater has been prepared for the press launch of the teaser trailer on Tuesday. Check out the image below.
In the film, David Corenswet plays the role of Clark Kent/Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt/Mr. Terrific, María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., and Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho.
