Marvel Television‘s Daredevil: Born Again had its New York world premiere in New York on February 24, 2025.
The first two episodes have been premiered with the cast members and for the press. Followed by that, the reviews are out now. The show is described as “a true continuation of the Netflix series. It’s brutal, fast-paced, and the action sequences are highly praised.” But some VFX moments are reportedly weak.

According to X user Brandon Davis (ComicBook.com) — “Daredevil: Born Again comes out SWINGING! It’s a TRUE continuation of the Netflix series — Cox & D’Onofrio haven’t missed a beat! Some VFX moments are a weak spot, but it kicks ass, moves quick, and takes no prisoners. Really solid first two episodes — really enjoyed and want to see more!!”
According to X user BSL — “Daredevil: Born Again’s first two episodes are an adrenaline rush unlike anything I’ve felt from the MCU in a long time. Being back in this world feels so good — you can feel the love everyone involved has for the Netflix series. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio slip into their roles again effortlessly, and Michael Gandolfini is a scene-stealer. The action is BRUTAL and excellently choreographed from top to bottom — it’s truly a spectacle. This is a MAJOR win for Marvel Studios, and Season 2 can’t come soon enough!”

According to X user Nexus Point News — “Daredevil: Born Again recaptures the spirit of the original series while pushing it in a different direction. The tone and grit are authentic to the original show — and the writing never feels too dissimilar. The stellar action feels sharper and larger than the Netflix series. Daredevil fans are in for a treat!”
According to X user WHO LET US OUT — “Daredevil: Born Again is even better now — if that’s even possible. More grit, ’90s-style action, and a heart-dropping moment right from the start. From the camera work to the diner conversation, the blurred lines of what’s right and wrong when those closest are threatened come into play. We are back, baby! Let’s go, Hell’s Kitchen!”
After many years, Daredevil is returning to our screens in a brand-new original series, Daredevil: Born Again, which is a continuation of the hit Netflix series.

The series also stars Margarita Levieva, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Wilson Bethel, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki M. James, Kamar de los Reyes, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, and Michael Gandolfini, with Ayelet Zurer and Jon Bernthal.
