Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 first trailer was screened during the Marvel Television panel at the 2025 New York Comic Con.

The trailer opens with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) enjoying a quiet, romantic life together — until Matt’s heightened senses are suddenly overwhelmed by a massive explosion. Soon after, missing person posters of Matt Murdock begin appearing all over the city.
Wandering the streets of New York, a disoriented Matt is eventually found by his former Defenders teammate, Jessica Jones. The footage then cuts to Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio), now serving as the mayor of New York City, brutally beating a man in a boxing ring. There’s also a quick glimpse of Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), who was presumed dead in the first season.
Other scenes show Bullseye (Wilson Bethel) calmly eating ice cream in a diner, Fisk and his wife Vanessa (Ayelet Zurer) sharing a tense dinner, and Daredevil back in action — grinning as he takes down a group of thugs with a taser.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Marvel Television boss Brad Winderbaum said, “The less I say, the better. Dario [Dario Scardapane, showrunner] is trying to tell a story that, as Stan Lee once said, reflects the world outside your window. The politics of New York are a big part of that story.”
He continued, “It’s clearly about a guy who runs around in a devil suit, but what’s amazing about Dario’s work is the intricacy of the interplay between all these characters — how he treats New York, City Hall, and the growing resistance against Fisk. At times, it feels like a fantasy epic — almost like Game of Thrones — with a kind of palace intrigue that’s incredibly fun to read.”
In Season 2, Cox returns as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin, Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Woll as Karen Page, Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter / Bullseye, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher, Royce Johnson as Brett Mahoney, and Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones; with recurring appearances by Matthew Lillard and Lili Taylor, Matthew Lillard as Mr. Charles, and guest appearances by Camila Rodriguez as Angela del Toro, Susan Varon as Josie, Sydney Parra, and Annie Parisse.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ in March 2026 with eight episodes released weekly, as part of the MCU’s Phase Six. Season 1 is now streaming on Disney+.
