There was another exclusive footage reel from Avengers: Doomsday screened for attendees of Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2026.
The trailer reveals that Robert Downey Jr.‘s Victor von Doom/Doctor Doom is from Earth-828, the same universe as the Fantastic Four. The Fantastic Four already know Victor, who seems to be a nice guy. Sue Storm describes Victor von Doom, saying she knew he was lost but didn’t realize how broken he was.
Here’s the footage description:
The footage starts with Doctor Doom on a throne, with the floor beneath him glowing green. Sue’s voice is heard as she talks to the Avengers, X-Men, New Avengers—seemingly everyone.
“Victor was always the smartest guy in every room. He used to be different,” Sue says. “He used to be kind, used to be caring. But then everything he loved was taken from him. I knew he was lost, but I did not realize that he was broken.”
We see the painting of a mother and child from the Avengers: Doomsday poster as Sue speaks of his loss.

“Victor, did you do this?” Reed asks Doom, standing among the wreckage where Thor is seen during the trailer.
“All of you have lived stolen lives. Now you must give them back,” Doom responds.
“Answer me, Victor! Did you do this?” Reed says.
Doom leaps from a building, floating down rapidly with his cape billowing. It’s terrifying.
“I swear, you will beg for hell long before I grant it,” Thor says.
We then see Thor’s daughter, Love.
Doom commands the X-Men Sentinels, raising them from the wreckage.
“Hell answers to me, Doctor Doom.”
