Ryan Reynolds‘ Deadpool is reportedly having an important role in Avengers: Doomsday. Even though Marvel Studios has not confirmed his casting in Doomsday, several insiders and scoopers have confirmed that Deadpool is in the movie.
According to scooper James Mack, Deadpool appears at the beginning of Avengers: Doomsday, fighting Tobey’s Spider-Man during an Incursion.
Following that, he later reappears in the X-Men Universe, jokes about Sam being Captain America, and fights Reed. When Doctor Doom activates the Sentinels, he disappears, saying he’s going to get reinforcements.
He doesn’t appear again until the final battle on Earth-828 (the Fantastic Four’s universe).

As rumors suggest, the opening of Avengers: Doomsday will reportedly feature Deadpool, Wolverine, Cyclops, and Magneto battling Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus, and Green Goblin.
Doomsday will also reportedly reveal that most of the X-Men were killed due to the Incursions. Mystique, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Wolverine, Deadpool, Professor X, Magneto, Beast, and Gambit are reportedly the survivors. Meanwhile, another X-Men character will reportedly make a cameo in the film.
At Marvel’s SDCC panel, Reynolds appeared wearing Deadpool’s black-and-gray X-Force suit instead of his classic red suit.
Deadpool then asked when they were shooting Avengers: Doomsday, only to be told that the movie was already in the can (already filmed).
In an interview with On The Red Carpet, director Joe Russo was asked whether Deadpool will appear in Avengers: Doomsday.
Russo replied, “Who knows where he’ll show up next.”
