Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame Encore is set to feature two major sequences from Avengers: Doomsday, including a scene featuring Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, as well as another set in the TVA.
According to a new leak from a scooper, “In the first post-credits scene of Avengers: Endgame Encore, the TVA characters return and discover thousands of universes colliding and being destroyed.”
The second post-credits scene features Ruffalo’s Hulk and Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom in a new scene together, with Hulk being recruited by Doctor Doom.
There are also rumors that Avengers: Endgame Encore features a scene in which Loki and Mobius visit Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter’s house, tell them that Steve caused alterations to the timeline, and ask them to move to Earth-828, the Fantastic Four universe.
The Russo Brothers explained why watching Avengers: Endgame Encore in theaters matters for Avengers: Doomsday. Joe Russo said the new footage will connect the stories of both films, while Anthony Russo added, “If you saw Endgame when it was originally released, you couldn’t see this coming.”
Directed by the Russo brothers from a screenplay by their longtime collaborator Stephen McFeely and Michael Waldron.
