Jennifer Lawrence produces and stars in No Hard Feelings. According to the film’s official logline, “On the brink of losing her childhood home, Maddie (Lawrence) discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to “date” their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, before he leaves for college. To her surprise, Maddie soon discovers the awkward Percy is no sure thing.”
The film also stars Matthew Broderick as Percy’s father, Laura Benanti as Percy’s mother, Natalie Morales as a friend of Maddie, Scott MacArthur as a friend of Maddie, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Gary, Hasan Minhaj, and Kyle Mooney. The audience responded quite positively to the first trailer, which they claim is the revamped Bad Teacher.
No Hard Feelings will hit theaters on June 23, 2023, by Sony Pictures Releasing.
