Avengers: Secret Wars Leak Claims Sentry Will Be Bound by Thousands of Chains Beneath Doom’s Castle

The filming for Avengers: Secret Wars is scheduled to begin soon. However, a few insiders say the production, originally planned to start this year, is now targeting February 2027, with the film still scheduled for release in December 2027.

Marvel Studios has not yet shown Lewis Pullman’s Sentry in any trailer or teaser for Avengers: Doomsday. However, Bob is said to spend most of the film at Avengers Tower and have a heroic moment in the final act.

Recently, scooper James Mack shared a few major plot details for Avengers: Secret Wars. Pullman’s Sentry will reportedly be imprisoned underground, bound by thousands of chains beneath Doctor Doom’s castle in Secret Wars.

Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk is referred to as “Worldbreaker” in the script for Avengers: Secret Wars.

In Marvel Comics, Worldbreaker Hulk is one of Marvel’s most powerful Hulk forms, with immense strength and rage can cause massive destruction.

Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man will appear in Avengers: Secret Wars in a substantial role alongside other heroes, rather than making a brief cameo.

Speaking on the Bulwark Goes to Hollywood podcast, writer Chris McKenna said hundreds of characters are being considered for Avengers: Secret Wars. The writers have a large list of Marvel characters mapped out for the movie.

McKenna said, “We have basically, like, hundreds of the characters up on the wall. We’re trying to go, ‘Okay, who can we fit in where and which story?’”

Marvel boss Kevin Feige has already hinted at how big the cast of Avengers: Secret Wars will be in a recent interview. He described these moments as “pinch-me moments” that Marvel fans have “always dreamed of” but have never seen realized on screen.

Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters across the United States on December 18, 2026, and Avengers: Secret Wars is scheduled for release on December 17, 2027.
