Pop star Bebe Rexha was admitted to a hospital on June 16, 2023, in New York City after being hit in the head by a fan’s phone during her Sunday night concert.
Rexha’s mother disclosed that she required three stitches as a result of someone in the audience throwing the phone at her. See the footage below.

Medics promptly escorted her backstage as the crowd rallied behind her, chanting her name in a show of support.
