The VOD release date for ‘Boy Kills World‘ has been revealed.
The film will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV on May 28, 2024.
‘Boy Kills World’ will be released on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD on July 9, 2024.

Directed by Moritz Mohr from a screenplay by Tyler Burton Smith and Arend Remmers, based on a story by Remmers and Mohr.
The film stars Bill Skarsgård as Boy, H. Jon Benjamin as Boy’s “inner voice”, Jessica Rothe as June 27, Michelle Dockery as Melanie Van Der Koy, Brett Gelman as Gideon Van Der Koy, Isaiah Mustafa as Benny, Andrew Koji as Basho, Famke Janssen as Hilda Van Der Koy, Sharlto Copley as Glen Van Der Koy, Yayan Ruhian as Shaman, François Chau as Shaman’s voice, and Quinn Copeland as Mina.
In the film, Skarsgård stars as “Boy” who vows revenge after his family is murdered by Hilda Van Der Koy (Janssen), the deranged matriarch of a corrupt post-apocalyptic dynasty that left the boy orphaned, deaf, and voiceless. Driven by his inner voice, one which he co-opted from his favorite childhood video game, Boy trains with a mysterious shaman (Ruhian) to become an instrument of death and is set loose on the eve of the annual culling of dissidents. Bedlam ensues as Boy commits bloody martial arts mayhem, inciting wrath of carnage and blood-letting. As he tries to get his bearings in this delirious realm, Boy soon falls in with a desperate resistance group, all the while bickering with the apparent ghost of his rebellious little sister.
‘Boy Kills World’ was released in the United States by Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions on April 26, 2024.
The film was produced by Sam Raimi, Zainab Azizi, Roy Lee, Wayne Fitzjohn, Simon Swart, Stuart Manashil, Dan Kagan, and Alex Lebovici under the production companies Nthibah Pictures, Hammerstone Studios, Raimi Productions, and Vertigo Entertainment.
