Netflix revealed a new teaser trailer for ‘Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget‘. In the teaser, Ginger and Rocky welcome their mischievous daughter, Molly. The film will premiere on Netflix on December 15, 2023. Watch the clip below.
According to the film’s plot: Having pulled off a death-defying escape from Tweedy’s English farm, Ginger has finally found her dream—a peaceful island sanctuary for the whole flock, far from the dangers of the human world. When she and Rocky hatch a little girl called Molly, Ginger’s happy ending seems complete. But back on the mainland, the whole of chicken-kind faces a new and terrible threat. For Ginger and her team, even if it means putting their own hard-won freedom at risk, this time they’re breaking in!
The film’s voice stars are Thandiwe Newton as Ginger, Zachary Levi as Rocky, and Bella Ramsey as their mischievous daughter, Molly. The star-studded cast also includes Romesh Ranganathan as Nick, Daniel Mays as Fetcher, David Bradley as Fowler, Lynn Ferguson as Mac, Imelda Staunton as Bunty, Jane Horrocks as Babs, Josie Sedgwick-Davies as Frizzle, and Nick Mohammed as Dr. Fry.
Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget is directed by Sam Fell from a screenplay by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell and a story by Fell.
