John Crowley has revealed that his upcoming film ‘We Live in Time‘, starring Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield, will be released in the Fall of 2024.
The film starring Pugh and Garfield is described as “a portrait of marriage and what it means to build a family.”
Speaking to University College Cork’s film and television podcast, Crowley said, “With thrilling performances from both of them, it’s the portrait of a marriage and what it means to create a family.”
“Their chemistry is extraordinary in it—the playfulness and heartbreak of it and the fights and silliness. It’s a thrilling performance from both of them and together as well, because it’s a marriage and a portrait of what it means to try and create a family.”
Directed by Crowley from a screenplay by Nick Payne, the film stars Pugh as Almut, Garfield as Tobias, Adam James as Simon Maxon, Marama Corlett as Adrienne Duvall, Aoife Hinds as Skye, Nikhil Parmar as Sanjaya, Heather Craney as Buffy Jones, and Kara Lynch.
