Spider-Man, Thanos, T’Challa, and Scott Lang‘s head will reportedly feature in Disney+’s ‘Marvel Zombies‘ series, as confirmed by scooper @CanWeGetToast on X.
The upcoming show will continue the storyline from “What If… Zombies?!” that debuted in September 2021. In the final moments of the episode, Parker, Lang, T’Challa, and the Cloak manage to escape in a quadjet, while Banner bravely sacrifices himself, transforming into the Hulk to confront Maximoff and a relentless zombie horde. The survivors, aiming to broadcast the Mind Stone’s energy globally, set course for Wakanda. However, they are unaware that the nation has fallen under the control of a zombified Thanos, armed with a nearly-complete Infinity Gauntlet.
In ‘Marvel Zombies,’ Zombie Scarlet Witch, also known as The Dead Queen, will be the main villain leading an army of zombies, with Zombie Okoye as her second-in-command.
According to Marvel, ‘Marvel Zombies’ will be part of ‘Marvel Spotlight,’ taking inspiration from Marvel Comics. The series is set to deliver character-driven stories with street-level stories in an R-rated version. Other projects in this lineup include Nova, Ghost Rider, Sentry, Man-Thing, Ten Rings, Blade, Wonder Man, Punisher, White Tiger, and Daughters of Liberty.

In the ‘Marvel Zombies’ universe, a zombie virus infects the superheroes of the Marvel Universe, turning them into undead, flesh-eating creatures. The series combines elements of horror and dark humor as zombified versions of iconic characters grapple with their insatiable hunger and the consequences of their new undead existence.
‘Marvel Zombies’ is set to premiere on Disney+ in 2025.
