HBO’s Euphoria Season 3 is now in production in California, with Zendaya returning as the main lead, Rue Bennett.
An insider fan page of Euphoria on X, HBO Euphoria Updates, has shared core plot details for Season 3. It is reported that Rue (Zendaya) will have a redemption arc over the course of eight episodes.

Maddy (Alexa Demie) has a night job and is dating a rich businessman. Nate (Jacob Elordi) and Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) get married in the first episode. Rue tells the story, explaining what has happened to everyone since high school.

The main plot of Euphoria Season 3 centers on a series of past events resurfacing in the present, primarily connected to Cal Jacobs (Eric Dane) and unresolved loose ends. These revelations will intertwine with the introduction of new characters in the upcoming season.
During filming, a recent leak showed Demie shooting a driving scene with Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, heading toward the Silver Slipper, a strip club.
Speaking to Deadline, HBO’s head of drama, Francesca Orsi, said that Euphoria Season 3 is expected to be the final season.
Orsi stated, “We’ve talked about it. I don’t think anything is over until it’s over, but it’s been discussed that this is the end.”
In Season 3, Zendaya (Dune, Challengers) returns as Rue Bennett. She is joined by Hunter Schafer as Jules, Dane as Cal, Elordi as Nate, and Sweeney as Cassie.
Demie (Maddy), Maude Apatow (Lexi), and Martha Kelly (Laurie) also return, with Kelly now promoted to series regular. Chloe Cherry (Faye) has also been promoted to series regular. The new cast members joining Season 3 include GRAMMY winner Rosalía, Super Bowl champion Marshawn Lynch, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Hébert, and Anna Van Patten.
Colman Domingo (Ali) will return as a guest star, and Variety confirms that Dominic Fike will also be back for Season 3. Additionally, Sharon Stone has joined the cast.
