We have an amazing update regarding the director of Marvel’s ‘Spider-Man 4‘. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures are currently searching for directors for the film.
According to Daniel Richtman on his Patreon page, the studio is reportedly considering ‘Ms. Marvel’s co-directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah for ‘Spider-Man 4’. Also, they are open to the idea of indie directors like Jon Watts working on the project.
Bilall Fallah Has No Comments on Rumors of Directing Spider-Man 4
During the premiere of El Arbi and Bilall Fallah’s “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” they were asked a question by X user, @ArabicMDC, about rumors of him being one of the directors of the next Spider-Man. We confirmed that ‘Spider-Man 4’ is reportedly set to begin filming in late September 2024. The film is being characterized as a “street-level civil war,” and there are hints that Kate Bishop, Echo, and Jessica Jones may make appearances in the film. Also, ‘Spider-Man 4’ may feature appearances by Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man. Additionally, it has been confirmed that Ant-Man will have a “sizeable role” in the movie.
Tom Holland will return as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. We got the news that sony is trying to bring back Zendaya, while Jacob Batalon’s Ned Leeds won’t be back. The script is written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, known for their work on previous MCU Spider-Man films. There are rumors that Michael Keaton‘s Vulture, last seen in the mid-credits scenes of Sony’s ‘Morbius,’ will return.
During an interview, Holland confirmed that the ‘Spider-Man 4’ script is looking good so far, but further details will soon be revealed.
