The first trailer for Marvel’s ‘Captain America: Brave New World‘ was screened at the 2024 CineEurope Disney presentation. The only details revealed at that time were that it features a scene between Anthony Mackie and Harrison Ford. Now I have got all the footage details from the Twitter source Marvel Leaks. You can read it below.
The trailer opens with a shot of the White House lawn at night. Then, inside the Oval Office, Harrison Ford – as U.S. President Thaddeus Ross talks with his staff with a lollipop in his mouth, jokes that he can’t smoke cigars anymore (probably due to his heart disease). He summons Sam Wilson, who comes into his office in his civilian clothes.
Sam: I have to admit, I’m not used to the new look.
Ross: Me neither. They said to lose the mustache or lose the election. What you did down in Mexico opened my eyes. I have never been a fan of so-called superheroes, but even I can’t deny the good you have done. I want Captain America to help me rebuild the Avengers.
‘Brave New World’ reshoots are happening in Atlanta right now. Julius Onah directs from a screenplay by Malcolm Spellman, Dalan Musson, and Matthew Orton. The film stars Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, Danny Ramirez as Joaquín Torres/Falcon, Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/Leader, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Ford as President Thaddeus Ross, Liv Tyler as Betty Ross, Shira Haas as Ruth Bat-Seraph/Sabra, Giancarlo Esposito, Rosa Salazar, and Xosha Roquemore.
Matthew Schmidt will serve as an editor on ‘Brave New World.’ The Russo Brothers will serve as producers on the film alongside Kevin Feige, Nate Moore, and Malcolm Spellman.
‘Captain America: Brave New World’ will arrive in theaters on February 14, 2025.
