‘Foe’ VOD Release Date Revealed (Exclusive)

The movie ‘Foe,’ directed by Garth Davis, will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Vudu, iTunes, and Google Play Movies & TV on November 7, 2023. The DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD versions of the film will be released in December 2023.

What is the Plot of ‘Foe’?

Hen (Saoirse Ronan) & Junior’s (Paul Mescal) life is thrown into turmoil when a stranger shows up at their door with a startling proposal. Will they risk their relationship & personal identity for a chance to survive in a new world? With mesmerizing imagery and persistent questions about the nature of humanity (and artificial humanity), Foe brings the not-too-distant future to luminous life.

Directed by Garth Davis from a screenplay he co-wrote with Iain Reid and based on Reid’s 2018 novel of the same name. The film is produced by Garth Davis, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, and Kerry Kohansky-Roberts. The production companies involved include See-Saw Films, I Am That Productions, Anonymous Content, and Screen Australia.

‘Foe’ premiered at the 2023 New York Film Festival on September 30, 2023. It was released in the United States on October 6, 2023, by Amazon MGM Studios, and in Australia on November 2, 2023, by Transmission Films. The film received poor reviews, particularly for its acting and writing, despite visually appealing elements.
