Pixar and Disney’s billion-dollar animated movie ‘Inside Out 2‘ now has a confirmed VOD release date. The film will be available to buy or rent on digital HD platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV on August 20, 2024.
‘Inside Out 2’ has become the highest-grossing animated film of all time—the film scored 91% on Rotten Tomatoes, 7.8/10 on IMDb, 73% on Metacritic, and received an A CinemaScore from audiences.
Directed by Kelsey Mann, who made his feature directorial debut, with a screenplay written by Meg LeFauve and Dave Holstein, ‘Inside Out 2’ is the sequel to ‘Inside Out’ (2015). The film returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley, just as headquarters is disrupted by something entirely unexpected—new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety and friends show up.
