According to Robert Kirkman, the creator of Invincible, it has been revealed that season 2 will explore the concept of the multiverse. In this upcoming season, a new antagonist named “Angstrom Levy” will be introduced. The premiere of season 2 is scheduled to take place on Prime Video later this year.

Invincible Season 2 to Explore the Multiverse with the Introduction of Angstrom Levy

During an interview with Inverse, Robert Kirkman provided an update on season 2 of Invincible while promoting Renfield. Kirkman revealed that Angstrom Levy will join the series as the terrifying villain. Kirkman said, “He’ll be a new villain that comes into the series. And if you’ve read the comics, you’re aware of who he is and what his deal is. He’s a villain that has access to multiple dimensions, and so it’s another one of those dang multiverse things.“

In the Invincible comics, Angstrom Levy is a recurring villain and a formidable adversary to the protagonist, Mark Grayson (a.k.a. Invincible). He becomes obsessed with Invincible and seeks to manipulate and exploit the multiverse to his advantage.
