New filming footage from Joker: Folie à Deux has been leaked. Joker 2 is being filmed in downtown LA. In the clip, Joaquin Phoenix‘s Arthur Fleck is being chased by one of his cultists and a Joker persona. Watch the clip below.
Joker: Folie à Deux is directed by Todd Phillips from a screenplay he co-wrote with Scott Silver. The film stars Joaquin Phoenix as Arthur Fleck / Joker, Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, Zazie Beetz as Sophie Dumond, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey.
The Joker was released in 2019. The film received critical acclaim for Phoenix’s performance, which won him the Best Actor award at the 92nd Academy Awards. It was also a box-office success, grossing over $1 billion worldwide.
The film is produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, Village Roadshow Pictures, DC Studios, Bron Creative and Joint Effort, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Joker: Folie à Deux will hit theaters on October 4, 2024.
