Kris Bowers (Bridgerton, Green Book, King Richard) will compose the score for Marvel’s Secret Invasion series. The series will debut with six episodes in the spring of 2023.
Kyle Bradstreet created the series and also serves as the series’ head writer. Samuel L. Jackson will reprise his role as Nick Fury, with Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Cobie Smulders, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle.
The plot details are yet to be revealed. According to reports, the Secret Invasion involves a faction of shape-shifting Skrulls that have been infiltrating Earth for years.
Kris Bowers is best known for composing scores for films, video games, television, and documentaries, including Bridgerton, Green Book, Madden NFL, Dear White People, and Kobe Bryant’s Muse. Bowers also composed the score for Ava DuVernay’s Netflix miniseries When They See Us.
