The trailer for Sony’s rom-com ‘Anyone But You,’ starring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell, has been leaked on Twitter (X) after the initial first look release. Watch the trailer below.
The R-rated romantic comedy follows, “A Modernization of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. When college arch-nemeses reunite years after graduation for a destination wedding, they pretend to be a couple for their own personal reasons. But through pretending, they actually fall in love.”
The film is based on Ilana Wolpert’s script, which Will Gluck is rewriting and directing. Produced by Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Gluck (who, with his Olive Bridge Entertainment, has a first-look deal with Sony), Executive produced by Sweeney for Fifty-Fifty Films, Natalie Sellers, and Alyssa Altman for RK Films.
‘Anyone But You’ also stars Alexandra Shipp, Michelle Hurd, Bryan Brown, Darren Barnet, Hadley Robinson, Dermot Mulroney, Rachel Griffiths, and GaTa.
‘Anyone But You’ is set to hit theaters on December 22, 2023, and it will be distributed by Sony Pictures.
